It’s Alimento Para Todos, I.A.P.’s policy and commitment to not discriminate based on race, age, color, sex, gender expression, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion.

Food For All, I.A.P. is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate in the terms, conditions, or privileges of employment on the basis of race, age, color, sex, gender, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion or otherwise that may be prohibited by federal and state law.

Any employee, trustee, volunteer, or client who believes that he or any other affiliate of the institution has been discriminated against is strongly encouraged to report this matter immediately to the Executive Director.

Harassment or intimidation of a recipient, staff member, or guest because of their race, age, ethnicity, sex, gender, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion is specifically prohibited and may be grounds for termination. Harassment and bullying includes abusive, violent, or threatening language or behavior.

Alimento Para Todos is committed to maintaining a workplace free of any form of harassment and will not tolerate discrimination against staff members, volunteers or beneficiaries. Matters of discriminatory treatment, harassment, or bullying on any of these bases must be reported immediately to the Executive Director or immediate supervisor and, if warranted, prompt action will be taken.

The measures to protect and monitor the health of workers will not be used in any case as a reason for discrimination or violation of labor rights.
