Food For All, I.A.P. is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate in the terms, conditions, or privileges of employment on the basis of race, age, color, sex, gender, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion or otherwise that may be prohibited by federal and state law.

Any employee, trustee, volunteer, or client who believes that he or any other affiliate of the institution has been discriminated against is strongly encouraged to report this matter immediately to the Executive Director.

HARASSMENT AND HARASSMENT

NON-DISCRIMINATION GUIDELINES FOR EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE OR HAVE HAD COVID-19
The measures to protect and monitor the health of workers will not be used in any case as a reason for discrimination or violation of labor rights. The measures also adhere to the guidelines published by the federal and local governments and the Ministry of Labor to provide safe working conditions in accordance with the needs of employees, and a clear distinction is made within the institution between possible action measures. affirmative and the conceptualization of discrimination published in the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination.

Cleanly at all times is prohibited from conditioning access, permanence and job promotion to the health conditions of the workers as well as denying or limiting access to critical information on risk conditions in the workspaces in addition to denying or conditioning access to the health care services, or prevent participation in decisions about your medical or therapeutic treatment within your possibilities and means.
